- Invoicing information, including bank accounts.

3 – What is the legal basis for processing the data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is browsing our website (cookies), contacting us through our website forms or entering into a formal agreement as a Customer.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we may also send you commercial information relating our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe option added to every newsletter email at the bottom.
4 – Will the data be shared with any third parties?
The personal data won’t be shared with any third parties without your prior consent.
5 – Will the date be transferred outside de EEA?
During the provision of the services, your personal data could be transferred to the following countries: USA. This transfer is based on the Privacy Shield EU-USA agreement.
6 – How long will the data be stored for?
The retention period of your data will last as deemed necessary to keep the contractual relationship, and once it is finished, up to a maximum of 5 years.
As for the web browsing data collected through the website cookies, the retention period will be up to a maximum of 1 year.
7 – What rights do you (the data subject) have?

8 – How can you (the data subject) file a complaint?
In any case, you may rely on to the Spanish Supervisory Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – www.agpd.es), to file any complain related to your personal data processing rights.

Stackscale maintains the security levels of protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and has established all the technical measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data that users provide through the website.
In addition, the personal data is guaranteed to be confidential and in no case will be used for a purpose other than the specified.
10 – Data Processing on behalf of the Customer
During the provision of the services Stackscale may process personal data on behalf of the Customer. More information is available in article 4 of the Master Service Agreement located here.
